My use for Hanna pH meter is not for clean water but for pH and conductivity in hydroponic nutrient. I have a hydroponic greenhouse and raise lettuce, cucumbers, tomatoes, broccoli, parsley, cauliflower, leeks, beets and other vegetables. Being an ex-analyzer technician, I have had many years of experience with pH meters. My Hanna pH (and EC) meter gives consistently accurate readouts. I only check the calibration monthly because it is always right on in a 7.01 standard. I very seldom have to change the calibration so I don't check it too often. Other pH meters (industrial and lab) that I have worked with had to be checked and adjusted every two or three days. I am very satisfied with my HI 9813.$1 DONATED

"We've only been using our Hanna HI 902 for a few weeks, but I already consider it a worthwhile purchase. It has halved the time it takes me to perform a full battery of bath titrations, with a degree of precision that I would personally find taxing to maintain in conjunction with also needing time to run the daily processes that depend on the titration results. Colin's flexibility in rescheduling our initial installation and training session due to our new lab not being completely set up on time is much appreciated, as is the time he took to set up customized methods for us- both the ones that were derivatives of the pre-programmed pH methods on the machine as well as the ORP methods that he had to research. His instructions were easy to understand, and coupled with the 902's ease of use I was able to write a 1-page document that allowed other employees to use the machine on a basic level in my absence.
