Is it your first time using a Hanna Automatic Titrator? We offer a comprehensive onsite installation to get you up and running.

Web Installations
Are you already familiar with titrations and Automatic Titrators? We offer remote web-based installations for simple applications and those who need a refresher training. From titrator set up to maintenance tips, we'll cover it all with you!

Service and Preventative Maintenance

All automatic titrators require regular preventative maintenance due to the harsh chemicals required in most titration processes.

Ensure that your titrator operates well year after year with our annual Titration Service Agreement. Enjoy benefits such as professional method development, in-house calibration, and minimal downtime.

Technical Repair Services

For a more budget-friendly option, you can opt to send in your titrator unit to us for annual calibration, repairs, and maintenance. Based out of our headquarters in Rhode Island, Hanna’s experienced Technical Support team will assess and service the instrument in a timely manner. We'll return your titrator to you as soon as possible to minimize downtime.

Analytical Instrument Qualifications

What is this service we offer? An analytical instrument qualification (AIQ) is a service that documents and confirms that your device was properly installed and performs within Hanna’s manufactured specifications. It is part of a quality assurance system to ensure consistent, high-quality products.

An AIQ consists of four main components:

Design Qualification (DQ)
Installation Qualification (IQ)
Operational Qualification (OQ)
Performance Qualification (PQ)
