- Orders for expedited shipping (2 day or overnight) placed before 2 PM (EST) during our standard operating hours will be processed and shipped the same day as long as item and carrier are available.
- Expedited shipping only applies to select products.

- Free shipping on orders over $199 to the 48 contiguous United States. *Exclusions include fertigation (HI2500), titration (HI901C1-01, HI901W-01, HI902C1-01, HI902C2-01, HI903-01, HI904-01, HI904D-01, HI931-01, HI932C1-01, HI932C2-01, HI933-01), and autosampler (HI921-100, HI921-110, HI921-120, HI921-130, HI921-200, HI921-210, HI921-220, HI921-230, HI922-100, HI922-110, HI922-120, HI922-130, HI922-200, HI922-210, HI922-220, HI922-230) units . Large orders which require shipment on pallets will be accessed shipping charges.
- Orders containing hazardous materials may be subject to a one-time handling fee.
- Undeliverable packages will be assessed standard shipping costs for re-shipment.
Availability
- All items are subject to availability. Many products are custom made or built to order. In such cases, shipping will be from the date the product is available to ship.
- Orders containing backordered items will ship as soon as all items are available. The customer reserves the right to request a partial shipment if need be.
